The Venom Flex 4-Inch Hybrid 3-Step Diamond Polishing Pads were developed as an alternative mold option to the Venom Pro Flex Hybrid system, using the same advanced hybrid resin formulation and diamond composition. Designed for fabricators who prefer a more flexible pad body, Venom Flex delivers identical cutting performance and finish quality in a pad that conforms more easily to tight corners, inside radiuses, and detailed edge profiles.

Built on the proven Venom Hybrid platform, Venom Flex utilizes a softer hybrid resin that enhances flexibility without sacrificing performance. This design allows smoother transitions, better control, and more consistent results on complex shapes while maintaining the aggressive cutting ability expected from Venom polishing systems.

Venom Flex is engineered for today’s harder and more demanding materials, including quartz, quartzite, porcelain, and Dekton, while still performing exceptionally well on granite and other natural stones.

Although the system includes five available pads, it is classified and sold as a 3-step polishing system, with Steps 1, 2, and 3 forming the core progression. A coarse pad is available for heavier stock removal, and a high-gloss pad may be added for enhanced clarity and final shine.

Venom Flex pads utilize a true hybrid resin diamond formulation and can be run wet or dry. When used dry, a light mist of water is recommended to improve finish quality and extend pad life.

Edge Use vs. Surface Use (Important Note)

Venom Flex polishing pads are primarily designed for edge polishing applications. While experienced fabricators may also use them for light surface refinishing, this is considered secondary usage and depends on material hardness, scratch depth, RPM, and operator technique.
