The 16 inch Venom Fat Boy 2 26mm Layered Diamond Bridge Saw Blade is engineered for professional fabrication shops cutting quartz and granite on bridge saws and CNC saw systems.
The Fat Boy 2 is the upgraded evolution of the original Fat Boy blade, featuring a reinforced heavy core for improved stability, smoother tracking, reduced blade deflection, and consistent cutting performance during high-production fabrication work.
Built with aggressive 26mm layered diamond segments, this blade is designed for long production life, fast cutting performance, and smooth operation across a wide range of bridge saw and CNC machine platforms.
The Fat Boy 2 was primarily engineered for quartz and granite fabrication, but many fabrication shops also successfully run the blade on quartzite using slower feed rates and proper water flow. Some operators also use the blade on marble depending on machine setup and RPM adjustments.
