The Venom Hybrid 3-Step Diamond Polishing Pads were developed during a major shift in the stone fabrication industry, when harder materials such as quartz, quartzite, porcelain, and engineered surfaces became widely used alongside traditional natural stone. These materials required a more adaptable polishing system capable of handling increased density, heat, and surface sensitivity.

The Venom Hybrid system was engineered to perform consistently across these materials while maintaining controlled cutting action and surface refinement. The hybrid resin formulation allows the pads to operate effectively on both hard and traditional stones, delivering predictable results across a wide range of applications.

The system is recognized as a 3-step polishing system, built around Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3. A coarse pad is available for increased material removal, and a high-gloss pad may be used as an optional finishing step when additional clarity and polish are desired.

Usage Guidelines (IMPORTANT)

Venom Hybrid polishing pads may be used wet or dry, depending on application and operator preference.

When used dry, it is strongly recommended to apply a light mist of water to the working surface. This helps:

• Reduce excess heat buildup

• Improve surface finish quality

• Extend pad life

Dry operation without moisture can increase heat and reduce pad longevity, particularly on dense materials. Proper technique and light water control are key to achieving optimal results.
