Venom 3-Step Diamond Flat Polishing Pads are engineered for flat-edge polishing, including straight edges and bevels, on quartz, quartzite, and granite using line polishers, inline polishers, and backsplash polishing machines. These pads significantly reduce polishing time by replacing traditional 7–8 step systems with a fast, clean, 3-step sequence designed for modern, dense materials.

Available positions:
Coarse, Step 1, Step 2, Step 3, High Gloss

Most fabrication shops achieve excellent results using Step 1 → Step 2 → Step 3 alone.
For harder quartzite or when deeper removal is needed, shops start with Coarse.
For maximum reflection and brightness on quartz and quartzite, shops finish with High Gloss after Step 3.

Because many polishing machines have limited polishing heads, Venom 3-Step pads are engineered to be highly adaptable. Common limited-head progressions include:

• Coarse → 1 → 2 → 3

• 1 → 2 → 3 → High Gloss

This flexibility allows fabricators to achieve consistent, high-quality results whether a machine has 4 heads or 6 heads.

For best Velcro grip, alignment, and stable polishing pressure, we recommend pairing these pads with Venom Velcro Snail-Lock Backer Pads.

Many shops also use individual 3-Step positions to supplement Venom Rush pads, especially on quartzite or when a brighter final edge is desired.
