PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Venom Vacuum Brazed Diamond Grinding and Polishing Pads are engineered for maximum material removal, fast surface leveling, and aggressive correction across stone fabrication and concrete applications.
Built with full-face vacuum brazed diamond technology, these pads expose a high concentration of diamond across the entire working surface. This results in faster cutting, longer lifespan, and more consistent performance compared to traditional metal or resin pads.
These pads are specifically designed for lippage removal, seam leveling, high-spot correction, deep scratch removal, shaping, and heavy stock removal. They allow fabricators to quickly flatten and prepare surfaces before transitioning into polishing stages.
The universal hook and loop backing allows quick attachment to any standard 4 inches backer pad and works with hand grinders, variable-speed polishers, and floor machines. This makes them ideal for shop work, jobsite applications, and surface restoration.
Available in 30, 50, 100, and 200 grit, these pads cover the full metal grinding and pre-polishing range:
30 grit – maximum stock removal and aggressive lippage correction
50 grit – controlled grinding and shaping
100 grit – surface refinement before polishing
200 grit – smoother pre-polish finish before hybrid, ceramic, or resin pads
These pads prepare the surface for the next stages in the Venom polishing system, including Hybrid, Ceramic, Bite, Quartz Pro, and Fat Boy Sponge Pads.
