The Venom Vacuum Braised Diamond Lippage Polishing Pads are built for aggressive lippage removal, surface leveling, and seam correction on stone and ultra-compact materials.

Manufactured using vacuum-brazed diamond technology, these pads expose industrial diamonds directly on the working surface, delivering fast, consistent cutting without glazing or loading. This makes them ideal for flattening uneven seams, knocking down high edges, and correcting surface irregularities before transitioning into resin, hybrid, or ceramic polishing systems.

Unlike traditional resin pads, vacuum-brazed pads maintain cutting performance under heavy pressure and on dense materials. The Velcro hook-and-loop backing allows fast pad changes on standard backer pads used with variable-speed hand polishers or grinders.

These pads are intended as prep and correction tools, not final polishing pads, and are a critical step in achieving flat, professional results on difficult installations.
