This wheel performs the same polishing function as a wool felt flap wheel, but uses a solid wool construction instead of layered flaps. The solid design provides a more uniform contact surface, making it ideal for flat polishing, consistent gloss development, and controlled finishing work.

When paired with polishing wax bars or diamond compound wax, this wheel produces a deeper, higher-gloss finish than diamond buff pads or resin high-gloss pads.
