The 6 Inch Venom Rush Snail-Lock Diamond Polishing Wheels are engineered for high-speed polishing on granite, quartz, quartzite, porcelain, and Dekton. Built for production line polishers and in-line automated polishing machines, Venom Rush delivers powerful cutting in the lower grits with smooth, controlled refinement and excellent finishing clarity.
The Venom Rush bond removes material aggressively without leaving deep patterns, creating clean transitions as you move through the grits. These wheels are designed for flat surface polishing and backsplash or inline machine setups where consistency, long life, and a strong finish are required.
With the snail-lock quick-mount system, these wheels lock in securely and run true at high RPM, reducing vibration and maintaining stable performance throughout heavy daily use.
Available Grits:
50 (Coarse), 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, High Gloss
Most shops use:
100 → 200 → 500 → 1000 → optional 2000 → 3000 → High Gloss
(50 grit only when heavy correction or stock removal is needed)
