Product Description

Venom Rush Diamond Flat Polishing Pads are engineered for flat-edge polishing—including straight edges and bevels—on quartz, quartzite, and granite using inline polishers and backsplash polishing machines. Rush pads deliver aggressive cutting in the lower grits, smooth refinement through the middle stages, and excellent clarity and shine in the finishing stages.

Available grits:
50 (Coarse), 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, High Gloss

Note: The High Gloss pad is also commonly called “Buff.” Both names refer to the same final finishing pad, but Venom officially uses the term High Gloss.

Most shops achieve excellent results with the sequence:
100 → 200 → 500 → 1000
Add 2000 when additional refinement is needed.

When a brighter finish is required, shops move to 3000, and for maximum reflection, High Gloss (Buff) is the final polishing step.

Limited-Head Machine Sequences

  • 50 → 100 → 200 → 500 → 1000 → 3000

  • 100 → 200 → 500 → 1000 → 2000

Venom Rush pads are Velcro-backed, and for the strongest hold, proper alignment, and clean transitions, we recommend using Venom Velcro Snail-Lock Backer Pads.

Many shops also integrate Venom Rush pads into the Venom 3-Step system, especially the 200 grit between Step 1 and Step 2 to enhance clarity on dense quartz and quartzite.
