Product Description

Venom Reverse M12 CNC Incremental Milling & Cutting Bits are engineered exclusively for reverse-rotation CNC saws and 5-axis machining centers, where standard M12 bits cannot be used. Designed for quartzite, granite, and quartz, these bits deliver smooth incremental milling, clean tracking, and long tool life even on the hardest materials.

Reverse-thread bits are required on CNC systems where spindle rotation would loosen a standard threaded tool. Venom Reverse M12 bits remain tight, stable, and secure during high-duty cutting, sink cutouts, radius milling, and incremental profiling.

Compatible CNC Machines (Reverse M12 Thread Required):
• Sasso K-600
• Sasso K-600 Extreme
• Sasso 700 / 800 Series (reverse-rotation spindles)
• Donatoni Jet 625
• Donatoni Jet / Jet Plus 5-Axis
• Park Industries SABER / SABERjet (reverse-rotation models)
• GMM 5-Axis CNC Saws
• Brembana 5-Axis CNC Saws
• CMS 5-Axis CNC Saws
• Intermac 5-Axis CNC Saws
• Any CNC saw requiring Reverse M12 threaded incremental bits

Applications:
• Incremental sink cut-outs
• Inside radius milling
• Pocketing and rough shaping
• Inside corner cleanup
• Multi-pass incremental cutting
