In real-world shop use, many fabricators rely on Quartz PRO pads for edge finishing while also using them in combination with Venom Fat Boy Sponge Pads to remove scratches, blend repairs, and restore polish on slab surfaces.

Unified Venom Pad Numbering & Step Correlation
Venom Quartz PRO aligns directly with Venom Ceramic and Venom Bite polishing pads. All systems share the same ceramic resin technology and numbering logic, allowing seamless transition between systems without retraining or changes in technique.
Position 0 (Coarse) is equivalent to the Coarse pad in Venom Ceramic and Venom Bite and is optional for shaping, repair work, or heavy scratch removal. It does not count toward the step system.
Position 1 is equivalent to Step 1 in Venom Ceramic and Venom Bite and is used for primary scratch removal on edges and slab surfaces.
Position 2 is exclusive to Quartz PRO and functions as a true “Step 1.5,” reducing scratch depth early, which is especially important for slab scratch correction.
Position 3 is equivalent to Step 2 in Venom Ceramic and Venom Bite and refines the surface with less pressure and reduced swirl risk.
