The Venom Dual Sink Hole & Drain Diamond Core Bit is a professional dual-function vacuum brazed diamond core bit designed for countertop fabrication and installation work where both a drilled hole and a finished bevel are required.

This tool combines hole drilling and beveling into a single operation, eliminating the need to switch between separate core bits and beveling tools during sink drain and plumbing cutouts.

The dual-diameter design improves efficiency, consistency, and control when working on quartz, quartzite, porcelain, Dekton, granite, and natural stone.

How the Dual-Diameter Design Works

Each Venom Dual Sink Hole & Drain Core Bit is manufactured with two working diameters built into the same tool.

• The smaller diameter at the cutting tip is the starting hole diameter

• The larger diameter toward the top of the bit is the bevel diameter, which can also be drilled completely through if a larger finished hole is required

As drilling begins, the smaller diameter cores the hole first. As the bit advances, the upper diameter simultaneously creates the bevel (chamfer) around the hole.

Because the larger diameter is positioned higher on the bit, the operator can choose to:

• Stop drilling for a smaller hole with a finished bevel, or

• Continue drilling to create a larger straight-through hole using the upper diameter

This is why each size is listed as Hole / Bevel diameter.
