Venom Boost Diamond Flat Polishing Pads are engineered for flat-edge polishing—including straight edges and bevels—on quartz, quartzite, and granite using line polishers, inline polishers, and backsplash polishing machines. Venom Boost combines the aggressive cutting power of Venom Rush with the production speed of the Venom 3-Step system, creating a 4-step Velcro-based polishing system that improves clarity, consistency, and high-gloss finishing on dense materials.

How Venom Boost Works

The Venom Boost system uses Positions 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4, engineered to bridge the gap between Rush and 3-Step pads:

• Position 0 – Equivalent to Rush 50 / Venom 3-Step Coarse (heavy cutting)

• Position 1 – Same as Venom 3-Step Position 1

• Position 2 – A transition pad placed between 3-Step Position 1 and 3-Step Position 2

• Position 3 – Same finishing strength as Venom 3-Step Position 2

• Position 4 – Same gloss level as Venom 3-Step Position 3 (high polish)

This design produces strong initial cutting, smoother scratch transitions, and enhanced clarity—all with fewer total steps than traditional multi-step systems.

Hybrid Integration with Rush & 3-Step Pads

Venom Boost can be used as a standalone system or as a booster to existing Rush or 3-Step sequences, making it one of the most versatile polishing systems available.

Recommended configurations:

• Insert Position 2 between 3-Step Step 1 and Step 2

• Add Position 0 only for heavy cutting or deep mark removal

• Finish with Position 4 for maximum edge reflection on quartz and quartzite

Customer Tips (Based on Shop Feedback)

• Positions 1–4 are ideal for most polishing situations

• Use Position 0 only when removing deep scratches or saw lines

• Add Position 4 after Position 3 for the brightest, highest reflection

• Boost pads increase clarity on dense quartz and hard quartzites where standard systems struggle
