Venom Boost Diamond Flat Polishing Pads are engineered for flat-edge polishing, including straight edges and bevels, on quartz, quartzite, and granite using line polishers, inline polishers, and backsplash polishing machines. Venom Boost combines the cutting strength of Venom Rush with the production speed of the Venom 3-Step system, creating a powerful 4-step Velcro-based polishing system designed for dense materials.

How Venom Boost Works

Venom Boost uses Positions 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4, filling the performance gaps between Rush and 3-Step pads:

  • Position 0 – Same cutting level as Rush 50 / Venom 3-Step Coarse

  • Position 1 – Same as Venom 3-Step Position 1

  • Position 2 – A transitional pad placed between 3-Step Position 1 and 3-Step Position 2

  • Position 3 – Same refinement level as Venom 3-Step Position 2

  • Position 4 – Same finishing level as Venom 3-Step Position 3 (high polish)

The system delivers strong initial cutting, smooth transitions, and excellent clarity and gloss with fewer steps.

Hybrid Integration

Venom Boost pads integrate directly into Rush or 3-Step sequences:

  • Add Position 2 between Step 1 and Step 2 to improve clarity

  • Use Position 0 only for heavy cutting, deep scratches, or saw-line removal

  • Finish with Position 4 for maximum reflection on quartz and quartzite

This makes Venom Boost one of the most versatile polishing systems for high-volume edge work.
