The Venom 3-Step Snail-Lock Flat Diamond Polishing Wheels are engineered for high-speed polishing on granite, quartz, quartzite, porcelain, and Dekton using line polishers and in-line polishing machines. Built with Venom’s advanced 3-Step matrix, these wheels deliver fast cutting in Step 1, smooth refinement in Step 2, and a bright, consistent finish in Step 3.
Venom’s 3-Step system reduces polishing time, increases wheel life, and produces repeatable, high-quality finishes across natural and engineered materials. The snail-lock mounting system ensures quick, secure installation and stable performance at high RPM.
Most shops achieve excellent results with Step 1 → Step 2 → Step 3, with optional Coarse (pre-step) for heavy correction and High Gloss for maximum reflection.
