The 5 Inch Venom 3-Step Snail-Lock Flat Diamond Polishing Wheels are designed for fast, high-quality polishing on granite, quartz, quartzite, porcelain, and Dekton. Using Venom’s advanced 3-Step polishing matrix, these wheels deliver aggressive cutting in Step 1, smooth refinement in Step 2, and a bright, clear finish in Step 3.
Built for line polishers and in-line automated polishing machines, Venom 3-Step wheels reduce polishing time while producing consistent, repeatable results across natural and engineered stone. The snail-lock quick-connect system ensures fast changes and stable, vibration-free performance at high RPM.
Most shops use Step 1 → Step 2 → Step 3, with Coarse (pre-step) available for heavy correction and High Gloss for maximum reflection when needed.
