Venom 3-Step Diamond Flat Polishing Pads are engineered specifically for flat-edge polishing, including straight edges and bevels, on quartz, quartzite, and granite. These pads are designed for high-production use on line polishers, inline polishers, and backsplash polishing machines, delivering fast material refinement, clean clarity, and a professional finish while drastically reducing steps compared to traditional 7–8 step systems.

These Velcro-backed pads come in Coarse, Step 1, Step 2, Step 3, and High Gloss. Most fabrication shops achieve exceptional results using Steps 1 → 2 → 3 alone for standard flat-edge polishing. For harder quartzite or when a brighter finish is required on quartz, many shops begin with Coarse and finish with High Gloss after Step 3 to boost reflection and depth.

Because many polishing machines have a limited number of heads, Venom 3-Step pads are built to be adaptable. Common limited-head polishing sequences include:

• Coarse → 1 → 2 → 3

• 1 → 2 → 3 → High Gloss

This versatility ensures that fabricators can produce consistent flat-edge results whether their machine has 4 heads or 6 heads.

For maximum Velcro grip, alignment, and smooth polishing transitions, we recommend pairing these pads with Venom Velcro Snail-Lock Backer Pads, which ensure secure contact and fast pad changes.

Many fabricators also use individual Venom 3-Step positions to supplement Venom Rush Diamond Velcro Pads, especially on extremely tough quartzite or when a boosted final shine is needed on flat edges.
