The H-25 Dupont Diamond Router Bit – Position 1 is a sintered metal-bond, continuous rim diamond router bit designed to cut a 25 mm Dupont (H-shape) profile on quartz, granite, and quartzite.
What “H-25” Means
• H = Dupont profile
• 25 = 25 mm profile height
• 25 mm equals 1 inch
The H-25 Dupont is a medium-depth architectural profile, featuring a defined top step transitioning into a smooth convex curve — a premium decorative edge widely used in upscale kitchens, islands, and vanities.
What “Position 1” Means
Position 1 is the coarse shaping stage, using approximately 30/40 grit diamonds.
This stage:
• Removes stock rapidly
• Cuts the complete 25 mm Dupont step + radius
• Prepares the edge for Position 2 and final finishing
The sintered metal bond contains high diamond concentration, providing long tool life and consistent shaping performance, especially on quartzite.
The continuous rim ensures cleaner cuts and smoother shaping transitions.
BOLT / THREAD SYSTEM (IMPORTANT)
Stone router bits do not use a half-inch arbor.

Every H-25 bit comes with two bolts, both with 10 mm shafts, but different thread sizes:
• 10 mm shaft with 10 mm thread
• 10 mm shaft with 8 mm thread
This makes the bit compatible with nearly all portable stone routers.
Both bolts are included with every router bit.
