The H-20 Dupont Diamond Router Bit – Position 1 is a sintered metal-bond, continuous rim diamond router bit engineered to cut a 20 mm Dupont (H-shape) profile on quartz, granite, and quartzite.
What “H-20” Means
• H = Dupont profile
• 20 = 20 mm profile height
• 20 mm equals approximately 3/4 inches
The Dupont profile features a defined top step transitioning into a rounded curve, giving countertops and stonework a bold, high-end architectural look.
What “Position 1” Means
Position 1 is the coarse shaping step, using approximately 30/40 grit diamonds.
This stage:
• Cuts the initial Dupont step and radius
• Removes material aggressively
• Prepares for Position 2 and final shaping
The sintered metal bond is made with high diamond concentration, exposing new diamonds as the bit wears — ideal for tough materials like quartzite.
The continuous rim design ensures smooth contact and reduced chipping.
BOLT / THREAD SYSTEM (IMPORTANT)
Stone router bits do not use a half-inch arbor.

Every H-20 bit includes two bolts, both with 10 mm shafts, but different threads:
• 10 mm shaft with 10 mm thread
• 10 mm shaft with 8 mm thread
This makes the bit compatible with nearly all portable stone routers.
Both bolts come included.
