FULL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The F-20 Ogee Diamond Router Bit – Position 1 is a sintered metal-bond, continuous rim diamond router bit designed for producing an ogee decorative edge on quartz, granite, and quartzite.

What “F-20” Means

• F = Ogee profile shape
• 20 = 20 mm profile height
• 20 mm equals approximately 3/4 inches

This creates a classic ogee edge with a smooth upper curve and defined lower radius — one of the most popular decorative countertop profiles.

What “Position 1” Means

Position 1 is the coarse shaping step, using approximately 30/40 grit diamonds.
This stage:
• Removes material quickly
• Establishes the ogee shape
• Prepares the edge for Position 2 and final polishing

The sintered metal bond features high diamond concentration, exposing fresh diamonds as the tool wears for long life and consistent shaping — even on very hard quartzite.

The continuous rim design ensures smooth cutting contact and reduced chipping.

BOLT / THREAD SYSTEM (IMPORTANT)

Stone router bits do not use a half-inch arbor.

✔ True arbor shaft: 10 mm

Every F-20 router bit includes two bolts, both with 10 mm shafts, but with different thread sizes:

• 10 mm shaft with 10 mm thread
• 10 mm shaft with 8 mm thread

This system fits nearly all portable stone routers found in fabrication shops.

Both bolts come included with every router bit.
