The E-30 Bevel Diamond Router Bit – Position 1 is a sintered metal-bond, continuous rim diamond router bit engineered to cut a 30 mm bevel (E-Shape) on quartz, granite, and quartzite.
What “E-30” Means
• E = Bevel profile
• 30 = 30 mm bevel height
• 30 mm equals 1.25 inches
The E-30 is a large-format bevel, ideal for modern, straight-line countertop designs with a bold, clean angled edge. It is commonly used for thicker laminations, islands, bar tops, and architectural stonework.
What “Position 1” Means
Position 1 is the coarse shaping stage, using approximately 30/40 grit diamonds.
This stage:
• Removes heavy stock rapidly
• Establishes the full 30 mm bevel angle
• Prepares the edge for Position 2 and final polish
The sintered metal bond contains high diamond concentration, providing long life and consistent shaping on the hardest materials, including quartzite.
The continuous rim ensures smoother cutting and fewer chips on sharp bevel transitions.
BOLT / THREAD SYSTEM (IMPORTANT)
Stone router bits do not use a half-inch arbor.

Each E-30 bit includes two bolts, both with 10 mm shafts, but with different threads:
• 10 mm shaft with 10 mm thread
• 10 mm shaft with 8 mm thread
This allows the bit to fit almost every portable stone router used in fabrication.
Both bolts are included with every router bit.
