The E-15 Bevel Shape Diamond Router Bit – Position 1 is a sintered metal-bond, continuous rim diamond router bit engineered to cut a 15 mm bevel (E-shape) on granite, quartz, and quartzite.

What “E-15” Means

E refers to the bevel profile.
15 refers to the bevel height.
15 mm equals approximately 5/8 inches.

The E-15 creates a small-to-medium bevel ideal for prefabs, vanities, straight-line bevels, and clean modern edge designs.

What “Position 1” Means

Position 1 uses coarse diamond shaping, approximately 30/40 grit.

This stage removes material quickly, forms the full 15 mm bevel angle, and prepares the stone for Position 2 and the polishing steps.

The sintered metal bond ensures a long lifespan even on hard materials such as quartzite.
The continuous rim design reduces vibration and minimizes chipping on the bevel transition.

BOLT AND THREAD SYSTEM (IMPORTANT)

Stone router bits do not use a 1/2-inch arbor.
The true arbor size is 10 mm.

Each E-15 bit includes two bolts, both with 10 mm shafts.

Bolt one: 10 mm shaft with 10 mm thread.
Bolt two: 10 mm shaft with 8 mm thread.

This dual-bolt system allows compatibility with nearly every portable stone router.
