The B-15 Half Bullnose Diamond Router Bit – Position 1 is a sintered metal-bond, continuous rim diamond router bit designed to cut a 15 mm half bullnose (B-shape) on quartz, granite, and quartzite.
What “B-15” Means
• B = Half bullnose profile
• 15 = 15 mm profile height
• 15 mm equals approximately 5/8 inches
This is a smaller half bullnose, ideal for thinner stone edges, vanities, backsplashes, prefabs, 2 cm material, or customers wanting a more subtle rounded edge.
What “Position 1” Means
Position 1 is the coarse shaping step, using approximately 30/40 grit diamonds.
This step:
• Cuts the initial 15 mm half bullnose radius
• Removes stock quickly
• Prepares for smoother position bits and polishing
The sintered metal bond features high diamond concentration, providing long life and consistent cutting even on quartzite.
The continuous rim delivers smoother cutting contact and reduced chipping.
BOLT / THREAD SYSTEM (IMPORTANT)
Stone router bits do not use a half-inch arbor.

Every B-15 bit includes two bolts, both with 10 mm shafts, but different threads:
• 10 mm shaft with 10 mm thread
• 10 mm shaft with 8 mm thread
This works on nearly every portable stone router in the industry.
Both bolts are included with every router bit.
