The 6 Inch Venom Snail-Lock Flat Polishing Wheels are engineered for polishing flat stone edges—including straight edges and bevels—on quartz, quartzite and granite using line polishing machines, inline polishers and backsplash polishing machines. This listing allows you to choose between Venom Rush and Venom 3-Step versions depending on your material and finish requirements. Both use a permanent Snail-Lock connection for extremely secure mounting, precise alignment, and consistent performance across multi-head polishing systems.
Venom Rush (Option)
Venom Rush Snail-Lock wheels deliver fast cutting in lower grits, smooth transition refinement and excellent clarity and gloss in finishing stages. Available in Coarse 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, and High Gloss.
Shops commonly run:
100 → 200 → 500 → 1000
(add 2000, 3000, or High Gloss as needed)
Venom 3-Step (Option)
Venom 3-Step wheels reduce polishing time by eliminating multiple intermediate grits. Available in Coarse, Step 1, Step 2, Step 3 and High Gloss.
Typical sequences:
Coarse → 1 → 2 → 3
1 → 2 → 3 → High Gloss
These wheels are favored on vertical and inline machines because the permanent Snail-Lock design cannot separate, unlike Velcro systems that can loosen under wheel angle or head pressure.
Shops often insert a Venom Rush 200 grit between Step 1 and Step 2 on quartzite for additional clarity.
