The 6 Inch Venom Rush Diamond Velcro Flat Polishing Pads are engineered for polishing flat edges, including straight edges and bevels, on quartz, quartzite and granite using inline and backsplash polishing machines. These pads provide strong cutting in the lower grits, smooth transition refinement and excellent clarity and gloss in the finishing stages.
Available grits: Coarse 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, High Gloss.
Most shops achieve excellent results using 100, 200, 500 and 1000, with 2000 added for more refinement. When higher shine is needed, shops move to 3000, and for maximum reflection, High Gloss is the finishing step.
Limited-head machines commonly use:
50 → 100 → 200 → 500 → 1000 → 3000
100 → 200 → 500 → 1000 → 2000
Venom Rush pads are Velcro-backed, and we recommend using Venom Velcro Snail-Lock Backer Pads for best hold strength and pad alignment.
Many shops also integrate Venom Rush pads into the Venom 3 Step system, especially the 200 grit between Step 1 and Step 2 to enhance clarity.
