The 6 Inch Venom Boost Diamond Velcro Flat Polishing Pads are designed for polishing flat edges, straight edges and bevels on quartz, quartzite and granite using line polishing machines, inline polishers and backsplash polishing machines. Venom Boost combines Venom Rush cutting performance with Venom 3-Step production speed, creating a 4-step Velcro polishing system that improves clarity and gloss on dense materials.
How Venom Boost Works
Venom Boost uses Positions 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4:
• Position 0 = same as Rush 50 / Venom 3-Step Coarse
• Position 1 = same as Venom 3-Step Position 1
• Position 2 = placed between Venom 3-Step Position 1 and Position 2
• Position 3 = same finishing level as Venom 3-Step Position 2
• Position 4 = same finishing level as Venom 3-Step Position 3
This system delivers strong cutting, smooth transitions, and excellent finishing with fewer total steps.
Hybrid Integration
Venom Boost integrates directly into Rush or 3-Step systems:
• Insert Position 2 between Step 1 and Step 2
• Add Position 0 only when heavy cutting is needed
• Finish with Position 4 for maximum reflection
