The 16 inches Venom Fat Boy 2 Diamond Bridge Saw Blade is the next-generation upgrade of our original Fat Boy design — built with a stronger, stiffer, and more stable core engineered specifically for CNC bridge saws, robotic saw jets, and high-precision fabrication systems.
This upgraded model is excellent for Bacca Robo Jet systems and the Northwood Raptor, where stability, tracking, and clean cutting under high-speed automation are critical. The enhanced core reduces deflection, improves cut accuracy, and handles demanding robotic movements better than standard 16" blades.
Designed primarily as a Quartz & Granite blade, the Fat Boy 2 maintains smooth feed pressure, consistent tracking, and long life thanks to its 26mm tall laser-welded segments.
Although this blade is not a quartzite blade, many fabricators report it works reasonably well on quartzite at slower feed rates. It also performs fine on marble if you run the saw at slightly higher RPMs, helping produce smooth, chip-free edges.
This blade is NOT recommended for miter cutting.
