The 16 Inch Venom HYBRID ARIX 25mm Diamond Bridge Saw Blade is part of the Venom ARIX Series — a family of professional bridge saw blades that all use the same ARIX diamond bond formula, with different segment designs to control cutting speed and behavior.

All Venom ARIX blades share the same ARIX layered diamond bond. The difference between them is the segment design. Segment design determines how aggressively the blade cuts and how fast it feeds through hard material.

Within the ARIX Series, the HYBRID ARIX is engineered for more controlled, stable cutting on quartz, quartzite, and granite. It is designed for shops that value consistency, blade life, and predictable cutting behavior rather than maximum cutting speed.

The reinforced silent core reduces vibration and operating noise, resulting in smoother cuts and better control on dense engineered and natural stone materials. The 25mm segment height provides long blade life and strong stability for straight cutting applications.

Venom ARIX Series Positioning (Important)

All Venom ARIX Series blades use the same ARIX bond formula. The difference between them is segment design:

• HYBRID ARIX 25mm – Controlled cutting and longer blade life (this blade)
• Venom ARIX-Q – Faster cutting on quartzite
• Venom ARIX Experience – Faster cutting on quartzite

The HYBRID ARIX provides the most controlled cutting behavior, while ARIX-Q and ARIX Experience use more aggressive segment designs for higher cutting speed.

Real-World Shop Use (Important)

This blade is optimized for quartz and granite and is capable of cutting quartzite successfully using proper technique. When cutting quartzite, operators should use step-cutting methods, slower feed rates, and controlled depth passes to manage material density.

Quartzite cutting results depend on stone hardness, saw setup, water flow, and operator technique. For higher-speed quartzite cutting, ARIX-Q or ARIX Experience blades are recommended.

Straight Cutting vs. Miter Cutting (Important)

This blade is designed primarily for straight cutting.

For miter cutting, blades with shorter segment heights provide better control and cleaner tracking. Recommended mitering blades include:
