This blade delivers clean, powerful cutting performance on even the hardest quartzite slabs, while maintaining smooth feed pressure and reduced vibration.

Even though this is a quartzite-rated blade, it also cuts quartz and granite faster than the Fat Boy Quartz blades due to its stronger bond and more aggressive segment structure. This makes it a versatile choice for shops needing a blade that can handle mixed-material production.

For quartz and granite, this blade performs best at approximately 1750 RPM.
For quartzite, operate at slower RPMs until the blade runs smooth and quiet. Always use plenty of water when cutting quartzite for cooling, smoothness, and maximum blade life.

The 20mm segment height allows the blade to handle light to moderate miter work, but if your shop does heavy miter production, you should upgrade to one of the following:
